Worries and weird thoughts

Okay, may sched na kami. Hindi ako excited or what.
Gusto ko this time perfect ang lahat. Yung maibigay ko yung best ko. Yung 2 taon an lumipas, p-chill-chill lang ako.
Mahirap yata yung EDUC214, Assessment of Student Learning. Kasi dati hinihintay namin yung mga ate (old students hahaha) naming matapos sa exam nila diyan. Napakatagal nila. As in. Sulit na sulit, sagad na sagad yung given time. Good luck, Juniors!!! Kaya natin ‘to! ;-)

Risky Business is the thirteenth episode of Criminal Minds season 5. The team was called to investigate the suicide of two teens. It was revealed that the apparent suicides are actually the result of their participation on the choking game in the internet. And they’re not the only participants but their schoolmates as well.
Hi! Oh I love watching shows like CSI, Criminals Minds, NCIS, etc. They’re very interesting.
Now, I’m watching Criminal Minds Season 2 Ep 3 : The Perfect Storm. The killers, after videotaping how they raped and tortured their victims, sent copies to the families of the innocent victims. I like Criminal Minds because their stories are based on real criminals.

Uglies by Scott Westerfeld
Read: May 18, 2013
I want to read the next book now! Curious about what’s gonna happen next.
I think the concept’s interesting. It reminds me of Delirium and the amor deliria nervosa. At a certain age, you’ll have to undergo an operation. After your operation, things will change - the way you think and your behavior. And the protagonist got this bff who’s really wild and crazy but, after all, will decide to do the right thing instead - leaving the protagonist behind (talking about Hana from Delirium and Shay from Uglies).
I think David and Tally’s relationship is premature. Too fast.
The writing style’s good but the flow and pacing is my problem. First few chapters are boring, then goes the very exciting part, then dull, then cool, then dull again, then surprising. You know, like it’s inconsistent. I liked the story though.

Watched two episodes of CSI: NY today. This photo is from the episode 14 of season 6 entitled Sanguine Love. It’s about the murder of a girl that led the CSI to the subculture of vampirism. This episode is very interesting. Go, google about Sanguine Vampires.
The other is episode 10 of the same season entitled Death House. After receiving a 911 call, the team went to a Manhattan penthouse and found a mummy. The house was created like the setups of Saw films. Many traps and clues are waiting for the owner’s visitors. Who made the 911 call? The soul of the mummy?

Malapit na ang June 3! Good luck, Thomasians! Just keep calm and cheer #GoUSTe !!! :-) #UST #Thomasian (at UST Main Building)

Watching horror films. And also eating. Eating a lot. Hahaha.
What are you passionate about?
Encouraging others to read. Teaching kids how to read. Reading is very important to me, to us.

This one’s quite hard. Because it says “ultimate”. I really don’t know. I just want to enjoy my teaching career in the future, get enough money to build my dream house and my own school and…and have a happy life.
What are your top five books?
What can’t you live without more television or the internet?
Internet, I think. TV’s nothing without good shows.

Kalma lang. Hinga.
About finding your new friends/buddies/barkada/tropa: Huwag kang masyadong mahiyain at wag rin yung opposite. Hahaha. Smile smile lang. Sa first day, agahan mo ang pasok. Huwag magpapa-late. (Awkward ma-late. Nakatingin sayo lahat ng blockmates mo and prof mo. Tapos occupied na yung ibang upuan and you’ll have to excuse yourself for 20 times until ma-reach mo yung upuang unoccupied. Awkward di ba? Pero peymus ka after hahaha) Upo ka muna do’n sa lobby or kahit saang waiting area. Ako, noong first day ko, tumayo ako malapit/tapat ng room namin. You don’t have to find your ultimate college buds agad-agad. Meet and greet muna tayo then saka pa yun.
May profs na mabait as in anghel. Basta just do your job, mag-aral, magsipag, and gawin mo lahat ng requirements. Magkakaiba rin sila ng requirements. (At gustong seating arrangement. May alphabetical na horizontal, vertical, flipped versions ng dalawa, may by height at syempre may by friends.) From 1.25 gagawin niyang 1.00 agad-agad. Minsan wala ka na talagang choice but to DEAL WITH IT. Tapos magiging magandang experience rin in the end.
About subjects: Magtanong-tanong sa mga ates and kuyas. Mababait kami. Minsan nangangain kami pero may taste kami ah hahahaha. Pero totoo, helpful naman kami. Just don’t be shy to approach us. May gen ed courses/subjects na tinatawag. Yun yung lahat ng college students kailangan pag-aralan like math, english, filipino. May prof ed courses rin. Ito naman ay related sa profession mo. Example: Future teacher ka. Magkakaroon ka ng classes like Educational Technology, Principles of Teaching and Facilitating Learning. Example: I’m taking up PSED. Mahirap kasi bumagsak dito. Hindi kasi ito inooffer pag summer. So made-delay ka and irreg ka.
(Minsan required ang brand new if workbook yung kailangan.)
Commute: Medyo nakakatense talagang magcommute. Lalo na kung malayo talaga yung bahay. May blockmates ako from Rizal area at may isang from Bulacan pa. Basta laging mag-iingat. Yung iba may lock yung bags. Kanya-kanyang style yan.
Baka biglang mag-hello sayo yung new friends mong si Ipis at Daga. Hi! Hahaha!
Masaya mag-aral. Stressful nga lang. Hahahaha. Basta pray. Don’t be afraid to ask for some help
